A culinary adventure with Vivi and Max

Once upon a sun, Vivi and Max decided to try out amazing recipes that had only fresh ingredients easily found in Rafalandia.


Here is the first one that they discovered:


  • 2 cups carrots (shredded)
  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

After you have patiently picked up all the ingredients, mix them all together and then start using your imagination!

Create amazing shapes and place them on a plate in the fridge for 3 hours!


Now, it is your turn little explorers!

      1. You’re welcome! My favorite ingredients ginger, almonds and carrots. Since you mentioned about healthy foods the ones that I like are: apples, bananas, apricots, watermelon, peaches, mango, potatoes, cauliflower, cucumber, tomatoes, salad, onion, garlic, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, milk, yogurt and the list goes on. I can tell you that two of my favorite desserts are fruit salad and fruit cake.
